Studi Perilaku Pengguna Layanan Aplikasi AJII Dengan Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model

Abstracts: The Aplication of AJII pharmacy services specifically developed to fulfill the staff verifiers' needs with easiness, speed, and accuracy in verifying the claim submissions. This research focuses on preceived ease of use, percieved usefulness, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, actual system usage. The method of data analysis uses reliability and validity testing and classical assumption testing, namely assumption of normality and heteroscadasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation testing, ftest and ttest, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The calculated value of ftest shows an independent variable of perceived usefulness that has a real and strong relationship with the variable of application usage. The calculation of regression coefficient shows the result of PA=0,010+0,034PEOU+0,603PU-0,154ATU+0,178 ITU+0,312ASU. The calculation of coefficient determination shows the contribution of all independent variable with 85.3% and the rest with 14,7% is influenced by the other factors.
