Along with the increasing needs for good and condusive shelter and housing choices, and
low operational costs not restricted to particular locations, online marketing information systems
become an important aspect to contribute to regional economic growth. The purpose of the study
was to produce an online marketing information system to expand the property market
segmentation. Online marketing system allows people who have limited time and troubles of
searching information regarding the property. This largest online marketing site has special
specifications and offer several advantages: displaying the models and the photographs of the
houses, the videos of the neighborhoods, and the price of the latest products to simulate the
calculation and submission of the housing ownership credit so facilitate system installment and
term callable. Futhermore, the specifications of desired houses can be easily accessed, the site
looks interestings, and information of the company is easy to know. System test results showed
that 70% of the respondents had positive responses to the application, while the others had very
good (25%) and not good (5%) responses. Future research can discuss e-payment systems and
security of online transactions through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Secure HTTP (S-HTTP)
