nline store business of smartphones provides a lot of opportunities of improving the
business run by the companies and expanding the market share when offering online products
and services. Online store business also provides a guarantee of customers' personalisation
intensively and interactively; therefore, the values of customers' satisfaction can get improved
through the system of digital technology services. The design of online store business of
smartphones can support the economic growth of a region without investment and high
operational costs. The aim of this research is to create software system of online store business
that can ease the public to expand the sales and opportunities of small and medium smartphone
business especially in Pontianak. The design applied DSDM (Dynamic Software Development
Method). This method can contribute to short working time and minimal , limited, and flexible
cost budget; therefore, every change of system can be handled. The result of the system design
can ease users because it is created with user-friendly interface and can have a number of
facilities such as management of customers' profiles, sales of all products, detailed description
of products, online product ordering, and confirmation and validation of payment.
